ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Frontier Markets is looking for Branch Operations Managers to build our markets and thereby further the impact we make on rural communities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Product Purchase, Stock Management, Inventory Management, Accounting along with a deep understanding of local culture and etiquette, especially in engaging with women stakeholders. The role requires the ability to Purchase at cost effective rate, logistics, coordination, Accounting etc to achieve ambitious targets. Role Description 1. Purchase Management a. Purchase of FMCG Goods from Local Distributor, Whole-seller, manufacturers at the best price. b. Raise Purchase Order on APP basis the orders that have come on MSA. c. Coordinate with Head Office for all PO payment to the Suppliers and get stocks to the Branch Warehouse. d. Should collect the best price of all goods continuously from the Markets. e. Awareness of Company Trade Schemes, Cost comparison for efficient purchase 2. Inventory Management a. Maintain SKU wise Stock and Inventory Planning. [Sept 2025] [Branch Operations Manager - BOM] 3 b. Responsible for the physical quantity of the goods received and dispatched by warehouse. c. Responsible for on-time supply of Goods to customers following FiFO methodology. d. Responsible for all documentation of Goods transactions under his custody e. Ensure safe, storage and preservation of all the materials under his custody. f. Send Stock Report Daily to Logistics Manager. 3. Sales and Distribution Management a. Ensure all orders received on APP are compiled, assigned and tracked for Fulfilment by Territory Managers within TAT. b. Systematic follow up with MATs for Targeted Growth and Achievement. c. Encourage & Motivate Sales Team on Execution Excellence. d. Ensure proper route alignment to reduce distribution cost. 4. Financial Responsibilities. a. Maintaining Proper Sales and Invoicing records of the Branch. b. Sales and Cash reconciliation. c. Banking of cash collected & reconciliation with Jaipur Accounts. d. Stock Reconciliation. 5. Self Management. a. Knows excel, email and is Tech Savvy b. Organised, Assertive, Supportive and Learning Attitude. c. Actively committed to teamwork. d. High level of motivation and Action oriented. 6. Reporting a. Daily Reporting to Logistics Manager and Finance Executive. b. Daily Stock Statement sheet to Jaipur in specified format c. Daily Cash Deposit Sheet to Jaipur in specified format. d. Daily Order booking to Sales Coordinator, Jaipur. a. Cross functional Coordination a. Should actively support all the operations related to stock management, cash management and supply chain management with all the MATs in his area. b. Should actively work towards creating smooth interface between staff of Business and operations c. Should actively support and adhere to norms prescribed by HR, Admin, Finance and accounts [Sept 2025] [Branch Operations Manager - BOM] 4 QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 1. Graduate in Finance, Accounting or related field from reputed Institute ( with 2+ years of total experience) 2. Young (aged: 25-35 years) with a never-give-up attitude 3. Prior experience working in an FMCG Company in Purchase/Inventory Management is added advantage 4. Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel/Word/Powerpoint) 5. Should have a motorcycle. PREFERRED SKILLS 6. Stickler for Process adherence and Process efficiency 7. Proficient in digital skills - in working with Computer, Email, MS office-Excel, Word, PPT and marketing apps. 8. Good Inter personal skills- Ability to mix up with peers, Suppliers and RWEs and cross functional teams 9. Pro-Active Planner – Proactively plan and review orders from the RWEs and plan its purchase. 10.Effective Team management - Skillful in managing team pursuing diverse organizational objective 11.Self –Starter and effective multi tasker with Strong communication skills. 12.Should enjoy high intensity (on ground) execution. 13.Knowledge/Familiarity a. Well conversant with geography being assigned b. Local administrative structure- District to Block to Panchayat level c. Local institutions- NGOs, Voluntary organizations, MFIs, E-Mitra, Govt Institutions. d. Local culture, acceptable etiquettes specific to women of the societ
