Position Details: Design Engineer

Position: Design Engineer – Solar EPC (Structure Design & STAAD Report)
Salary: ₹25,000/- per month

Eligibility & Requirements:
    1.    Educational Qualification:
    •    Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    2.    Experience:
    •    Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in designing solar structure layouts and preparing STAAD reports for EPC projects.
    •    Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and related structural analysis tools.
    3.    Technical Skills:
    •    Ability to create, review, and validate structural drawings for ground-mounted and rooftop solar projects.
    •    Strong understanding of IS codes, wind load, dead load, and other structural safety standards.
    •    Knowledge of solar industry practices, site survey drawings, and material BOQ preparation.
    4.    Key Responsibilities:
    •    Prepare and pass structural drawings and STAAD reports for solar EPC projects.
    •    Coordinate with project and execution teams to ensure design feasibility.
    •    Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness without compromising safety and compliance.
    5.    Soft Skills:
    •    Strong attention to detail with problem-solving attitude.
    •    Good communication and documentation skills.
    •    Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
