Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for transformer parts.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Handle client queries, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in transformer parts, electrical components, or related industry).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic technical understanding of transformer parts will be an added advantage.
