Experience Required: 5–8 years
Lead the market launch of premium innerwear products.
Build apparel-specific retail partnerships, manage margins, and ensure profitability.
Expand distribution across Rajasthan with a focus on sustainable sales growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the innerwear/apparel industry.
Identify and unlock new markets across Rajasthan and neighboring states.
Build and strengthen relationships with multi-brand outlets (MBOs), modern retail, and boutique stores.
Drive retailer onboarding while maintaining brand equity and healthy margins.
Expand brand presence in apparel-focused retail channels.
Ensure pricing control, stock efficiency, and brand visibility at point of sale.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with strict follow-ups.
Oversee deliveries, payment collections, and reconciliation with trade partners.
Negotiate retailer/distributor terms to ensure profitability and growth.
Monitor sell-through data and returns to minimize losses.
Enhance retailer experience to build long-term partnerships.
Gather on-ground insights on competition, pricing, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
Recruit, train, and manage a sales support team (executives/promoters) to drive scale.
Implement reporting systems and distributor performance reviews.
Experience: 5–8 years in Apparel, Textile, or Innerwear Sales & Distribution.
Network: Strong retailer and distributor network in Rajasthan (mandatory).
Skills: Excellent negotiation, execution, and relationship-building abilities.
Location: Must be based in Udaipur or willing to relocate.
