Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 (Based on interview & skills)
Working Days: 6 Days (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Bridgestone Technologies is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable, secure, and user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate with the development team to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business and client requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and Express.js.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Work with databases (MongoDB & SQL) to design, query, and optimize storage solutions.

• Collaborate with the team to define project requirements, technical specifications, and architecture.

• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as required.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

• Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

• Stay updated with the latest full stack development trends and technologies.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Express.js, and JavaScript.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries.

• Solid understanding of MongoDB, SQL, and database design principles.

• Experience in building scalable APIs and integrating backend services.

• Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.

• Familiarity with deployment processes, hosting environments, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar is a plus).

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
