Job Description – Senior Fashion Designer

Salary:

• Fixed: ₹7,80,000 per annum

• Variable Incentive: ₹3,00,000 per annum

• Total CTC: ₹10,80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and execution of fashion collections from concept sketches through production.

• Create detailed technical drawings and ensure accurate tech packs for production teams.

• Collaborate closely with Product Development, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to align design goals.

• Source and select fabrics, trims, and materials in line with brand standards and budget requirements.

• Attend and oversee fittings, ensuring a perfect balance between aesthetics and wearability.

• Present design concepts and seasonal collections to management and cross-functional teams.

• Ensure that the final products meet brand quality standards and customer expectations.

• Stay updated with fashion trends, market demands, and consumer preferences to enhance creativity and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Designing or related field.

• 5–7 years of proven experience in apparel or fashion design (women’s wear/men’s wear as applicable).

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production techniques.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.

• Excellent sense of color, texture, silhouette, and trends.

• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
