Job Title: HR Manager – FMCG Sector

Salary – 50,000 / month (onwards)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experiencein hiringmanufacturing&sales personnels, preferably in the FMCG.
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles (sales, operations, production, etc.).
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
  • Manage onboarding formalities and induction programs for new joiners.

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and confirmation letters.
  • Support payroll inputs and attendance tracking in coordination with finance or external vendors.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure timely documentation of new joiners, exits, and internal movements.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Support audits and HR reporting requirements.
