We are a reputed and fast-growing real estate company based on Ajmer Road, Jaipur, known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
Coordinate with auditors for monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
Manage project-wise accounting and cost control for real estate projects.
Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Handle vendor payments, client invoicing, and collection follow-ups.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all financial transactions.
Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Familiar with GST, TDS, and Income Tax procedures.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates residing near Ajmer Road, Jaipur will be preferred.
Experience in handling real estate project accounting will be an added advantage.
