We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead and manage the post-sales customer relationship operations.


Job Overview

The CRM Manager will oversee the complete post-sales customer journey — from booking to possession — ensuring a smooth and satisfying client experience. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and client relationship management skills, with hands-on experience in real estate CRM operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the entire CRM function for multiple real estate projects.

  • Handle all post-sales activities including payment follow-up, agreement execution, and possession handover.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams to ensure seamless client communication and issue resolution.

  • Maintain and update CRM software/database with accurate client and payment records.

  • Monitor customer accounts, track collections, and follow up for pending dues.

  • Prepare and present MIS reports and project status updates to management.

  • Address customer queries, handle complaints, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Supervise the CRM team and maintain high standards of service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with RERA and maintain proper documentation standards.

  • Implement customer retention and engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Real Estate CRM operations.

  • Strong understanding of the booking-to-possession process and related documentation.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, CRM tools, and ERP systems.

  • Proven ability to handle high-value clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Professional, customer-centric, and team-oriented mindset with leadership skills.
