Known for quality construction, timely delivery, and strong customer trust, the company is seeking an experienced Project Head (Civil Engineer) to lead multiple projects from planning to handover.
Position Overview
The Project Head – Civil Engineer will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely completion. The role requires strong technical expertise in civil construction, project planning, vendor management, and team leadership within the real estate domain.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor all construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Lead site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and design teams to ensure smooth execution of project drawings and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety standards, and workmanship.
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance, including RERA norms and local authority approvals.
Manage procurement schedules, material approvals, and vendor negotiations.
Oversee billing, documentation, and coordination with accounts for project cost tracking.
Resolve on-site technical challenges, monitor manpower, and ensure project milestones are met.
Prepare and submit project progress reports, MIS, and presentations to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement in construction quality, productivity, and safety culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 8 years in Real Estate / Construction Project Management.
Proven experience managing mid to large-scale residential or commercial projects.
Strong technical knowledge of RCC, finishing, MEP coordination, and quality control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and ERP-based project tracking systems.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple project sites simultaneously.
