We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive to manage property sales, client relations, and revenue growth for upcoming and existing residential projects.
Generate qualified leads through walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries.
Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Explain project details, floor plans, specifications, pricing, and payment schedules.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and events.
Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain daily MIS reports on leads, client follow-ups, and sales closures.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and project developments.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
Minimum 4 years of experience in residential flat sales (Real Estate industry).
Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident handling of high-value transactions and client queries.
Strong presentation skills; fluent in English and Hindi.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead management systems.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
Must own a two-wheeler and be open to frequent client visits.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Ajmer Road / Vaishali Nagar projects.
