About the Company

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive to manage property sales, client relations, and revenue growth for upcoming and existing residential projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries.

  • Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

  • Explain project details, floor plans, specifications, pricing, and payment schedules.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and events.

  • Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain daily MIS reports on leads, client follow-ups, and sales closures.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and project developments.

  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in residential flat sales (Real Estate industry).

  • Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident handling of high-value transactions and client queries.

  • Strong presentation skills; fluent in English and Hindi.

  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead management systems.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.

  • Must own a two-wheeler and be open to frequent client visits.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Ajmer Road / Vaishali Nagar projects.
