Location: Ajmer Road, Jaipur
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Real Estate Telecalling or Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and prior experience in calling potential clients, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective property buyers.

Explain project details, pricing, and location benefits to customers.

Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients.

Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients with the sales team.

Maintain call records and update CRM or Excel reports regularly.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead conversion targets.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

Confident, proactive, and target-driven approach.

Good knowledge of real estate projects and local market trends.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or lead generation within the real estate sector is mandatory.
