Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager – Projects to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in large-scale construction management, strong leadership abilities, and expertise in delivering projects within defined time, cost, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and monitor all project activities from initiation to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Manage project teams, consultants, architects, vendors, and contractors across multiple sites.

• Oversee execution of high-rise and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with structural, architectural, and MEP requirements.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and planning teams for smooth project workflow.

• Ensure all statutory approvals, NOCs, licenses, and compliances are in place through liaison coordination.

• Conduct regular site visits, progress reviews, and performance audits to track overall progress.

• Implement cost control, BOQ verification, risk management, and value engineering to optimize project efficiency.

• Prepare and present project status reports, milestone updates, and risk mitigation plans to senior management.

• Enforce strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards across sites.

• Mentor project engineers and site teams to build a high-performance execution environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
  (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience: 10–15 years in Real Estate/Construction with strong exposure to
  High-Rise Towers, Commercial Complexes, Corporate Parks, or Mixed-Use Projects

• Proficient in construction methodologies, project scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera), ISO/QMS standards, and site execution.

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and vendor management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
