Job Description
We are hiring Process Associates (Voice Process) for a reputed Accounting Software Development Company based in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service to US clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients in a professional manner
Resolve customer queries related to accounting software
Maintain call logs, customer records, and timely follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer issues
Meet performance, productivity, and quality targets
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in US Voice Process (International BPO preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good client-handling and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of accounting or software is an advantage
Ability to work in rotational and night shifts
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
