Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹70,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitor and manage the company's financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Accounting Operations:

Supervise accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
Conduct periodic reconciliations of bank and other accounts.
Taxation & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
Liaise with tax authorities and auditors as required.
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
Audit & Internal Controls:

Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits.
Implement and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Strategic Financial Planning:

Assist in the preparation of long-term financial strategies to support the company’s growth.
Provide financial insights and guidance to support management decisions.
Team Management:

Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team to enhance performance and efficiency.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting and financial management, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
Qualification: CA Inter or equivalent.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
