Position Details: Site Monitoring and Execution

Description:

Lead the planning and implementation of civil projects.
Oversee the initiation of turnkey projects including permit submissions, design reviews, and documentation.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for smooth and timely project execution.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Possess strong knowledge of township planning and building construction works.
Check reinforcement and shuttering as per consultant drawings for approval and execution.
Prepare and verify BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) for reinforcement works.
Knowledge of billing procedures and quantity estimation for various civil works.
Monitor and maintain quality standards as per construction norms and safety regulations.
Perform quantity surveying as per tender specifications and estimation requirements.
Prepare and submit monthly BOQ and billing reports for clients and subcontractors.
Manage contractors and ensure completion of work without delays or backlogs.
Take accurate site measurements and coordinate with clients for approvals.
Monitor and manage labour workforce to ensure proper workmanship at site.
Ensure HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards are implemented and followed on site.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning schedules to achieve project targets.
