Job Summary

This position is responsible for operating Top & Bottom channel projection welding machinery safely and efficiently. The role includes machine setup, monitoring production parameters, performing quality checks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth production operations while following all SOPs and safety standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate Top & Bottom channel projection welding machinery as per SOP and safety guidelines

• Set up equipment and adjust parameters for different welding applications

• Monitor production parameters such as temperature, pressure, and machine performance

• Perform regular quality checks as per standards and report defects to QC

• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance for major repairs

• Maintain accurate production records, equipment settings, and material usage

• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the machine

• Ensure compliance with 5S activities

• Pre-start checks: Verify all parameters as per SOP before machine startup

• Maintain discipline and productivity on the shop floor

  or

• Experienced candidates from relevant background

Experience & Industry

• Sheet Metal Industry experience required

• 2 to 4 Years experience (Preference to candidates from Steel Door manufacturing)
