Job Purpose

To ensure availability and arrangement of required manpower, material, and machines as per the PPC (Production Planning & Control) daily schedule. Maintain work discipline, production quality, and smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow daily production plan and allocate manpower, material, and machines accordingly.

• Ensure production of quality products as per SOPs.

• Train, guide, and motivate operators on product knowledge and machine handling.

• Monitor and update daily production and quality records.

• Ensure shift-wise availability of manpower and material.

• Identify product non-conformities and take corrective actions as per SOP.

• Understand and interpret product drawings effectively.

• Coordinate with departments such as Maintenance, PPC, Quality, and Purchase for production support.

• Maintain discipline, teamwork, and positive work culture on the shop floor.

• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant plant environment.

• Establish and control shift-wise production schedules.

• Conduct routine plant meetings.

• Ensure product quality control in alignment with company standards.

• Attend scheduled corporate training programs and meetings.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required Experience

• 3–6 years of supervisory experience in Engineering / Wood Manufacturing.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings (added advantage).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).

• Must have experience in production supervision & plant operations.

• Age requirement: 25 to 30 years.

• Diploma / B.Tech (Preferred: Mechanical or Civil)

Salary Package

₹4 – 6 Lakhs CTC
