Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 (Based on Experience & Profile)
1. Key Responsibilities
Inventory Executive (Entry – Mid Level | ₹15k–₹25k)
Managing daily Inward (GRN) & Outward entries
Updating stock in ERP / Inventory Software
Physical stock counting & preparing mismatch reports
Storing, labelling & bin management
Order picking, packing & dispatch coordination
Vendor follow-up for stock
Reporting any shortage, damage or discrepancies
Senior Inventory Executive (₹25k–₹35k)
Monitoring daily warehouse operations
Preparing Stock Reports, Ageing Reports & MIS
SKU management & stock planning
Quality checking & GRN approvals
Dispatch planning & logistics coordination
Monthly stock audit / cycle counting
Handling a small team (2–6 members)
Inventory Manager (₹35k–₹50k)
Complete responsibility of warehouse & inventory management
Maintaining 100% stock accuracy
Inventory planning for Raw Material and Finished Goods
Demand planning, forecasting & stock optimization
Reorder level and minimum stock strategy
Fast-mover / Slow-mover analysis
Vendor coordination & logistics cost control
Warehouse layout planning & space optimization
Managing audits, compliance & process improvements
Leading a team of executives & helpers
Strong ERP / WMS knowledge required
2. Required Skills
Strong knowledge of ERP/Inventory Software & Excel
Excellent accuracy in documentation & reporting
Experience in Bedsheet / Textile / Garments preferred
Good communication & coordination skills
Team handling experience (for Manager level)
Knowledge of GRN, dispatch, logistics & stock audits
3. Qualifications
Minimum 12th / Graduate
1–10 years’ experience in Inventory or Warehouse
Experience in Home Furnishing / Textile industry is preferred
4. Working Hours
9–10 hours (as per company policy)
Weekly off as per company schedule
5. Others
Male candidates preferred (due to warehouse operations)
