A Reputed Steel Door Manufacturing Company in Jaipur is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Manager – Electrical Maintenance to lead and manage plant electrical operations.

 Position: Manager – Electrical Maintenance Engineer

 Location: Mahindra World City, Jaipur
 Experience: Minimum 10 Years
 Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA (Best in Industry)
 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
 Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Maintenance Management

Oversee daily electrical maintenance operations across the plant.

Manage preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of all electrical systems.

Troubleshoot major electrical faults and ensure minimum downtime.

Develop SOPs for electrical safety and maintenance processes.

Machinery & Equipment Handling

Maintenance of CNC Machines, Welding Machines, Laser Cutting Machines, Press Machines, Bending Machines, and other automation equipment.

Ensure smooth functioning of control panels, VFDs, PLC systems, and electrical circuits.

Maintain and update machine maintenance logs & reports.

Team & Process Management

Lead a team of electricians, technicians & shift engineers.

Train team members on safety, ISO practices & machine handling.

Coordinate with production, QA & operations for smooth workflow.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms, audit requirements & legal regulations.

Monitor energy consumption and drive cost-efficient usage.

Implement 5S and preventive maintenance systems across the plant.

Project Execution & Upgrades

Handle installation & commissioning of new machines.

Plan electrical infrastructure for new production lines.

Work with vendors for AMC, spare procurement & improvement projects.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, heavy machines & PLC-based automation.

Experience in sheet metal, steel fabrication, or heavy manufacturing preferred.

Expertise in breakdown analysis, root cause identification & corrective actions.

Good leadership, communication & reporting skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage plant-wide operations.

 Qualifications:

B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Additional certifications in electrical safety, automation, PLC, or maintenance (preferred)
