Position: Market Sales Executive / Area Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Sales Manager / ASM

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.

• Handle distributor network, retailer visits, and market expansion.

• Manage primary & secondary sales and ensure product availability.

• Appointment of new distributors & retail partners.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.

• Conduct regular market visits (beat plan) to check brand visibility.

• Ensure on-time order booking, follow-up, and payment collection.

• Plan and execute promotional activities & schemes.

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.

• Ensure proper execution of marketing strategies and product placement.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM sheets.

• Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of FMCG sales & distribution model

• Good communication & negotiation skills

• Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure

• Good market awareness and territory understanding

• Strong network-building and relationship management skills

• Knowledge of MS Excel, reporting & basic computer skills

• Should be comfortable with field sales

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales (mandatory)

• Qualification: Graduate 

• Must have own two-wheeler & valid driving license
