Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

   • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
   • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
   • Develop job descriptions and postings in line with organizational requirements.

2. Employee Onboarding & Orientation:

   • Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
   • Conduct induction programs and ensure proper documentation.

3. HR Operations:

   • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and databases.
   • Handle payroll inputs and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
   • Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring their implementation.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement:

   • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
   • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
   • Promote a positive work culture and ensure alignment with company values.

5. Performance Management:

   • Support the implementation of the performance appraisal process.
   • Work closely with managers to ensure employee performance goals are aligned.

6. Compliance & Legal:

   • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
   • Handle statutory compliance and maintain related documentation.

7. Training & Development:

   • Identify training needs and organize relevant programs.
   • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR functions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
