Experience Required:
8–12 years of experience in FMCG sales
Minimum 3–4 years in a managerial role
Preference for experience in Supari, Confectionery, Tobacco, or related FMCG segments
Qualification:
Graduate (Commerce / Business / Marketing preferred)
MBA (Sales / Marketing) – Added Advantage
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing complete sales operations across Rajasthan, driving business growth, strengthening distribution networks, achieving sales targets, and building high-performing sales teams.
Lead and manage the entire Rajasthan sales operation.
Develop and execute state-level sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Appoint, expand, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and key retail networks.
Supervise and guide Area Sales Managers, Sales Supervisors, and field sales staff.
Ensure strong retail penetration, product visibility, availability, and placement.
Monitor collections, credit control, and outstanding management to ensure healthy cash flow.
Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and territory reviews.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and distributor performance for strategic decision-making.
Prepare and present sales performance reports using MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and GPS-based tools.
Coordinate with production, logistics, marketing, and finance teams for smooth operations and timely supply.
Build, mentor, and motivate large sales teams to deliver consistent results.
Strong leadership and people management skills

Deep understanding of FMCG distribution models and retail dynamics
