Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the tile adhesive / construction material industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing dealer and distributor networks, increasing market penetration, and achieving monthly sales targets in assigned territories. This is a field-based role requiring strong market knowledge and relationship management skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell tile adhesive and related construction chemical products
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and retailers
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility
Generate new leads and expand customer base
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, masons, and builders
Collect market intelligence and competitor information
Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding follow-ups
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management
Coordinate with supply chain and accounts teams for smooth order execution
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in tile adhesive, construction chemicals, tiles, cement, or related building materials
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
Target-driven and self-motivated personality
Ability to work independently in field sales
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
