We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist to lead content planning, brand storytelling, and campaign execution for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, creative thinking, and hands-on experience in managing social media strategies for fashion, clothing, or jewellery brands. This role requires collaboration with design, content, and performance teams to deliver impactful social media campaigns.
Experience: 1.5 to 4+ Years
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (1.5–2 years experience)
Up to ₹6 LPA (for higher experience and strong portfolio)
Develop brand positioning and social media strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan and execute integrated social media campaigns from concept to execution
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Analyze engagement metrics and performance data to optimize strategy
Generate innovative campaign ideas and content concepts
Ensure visual storytelling consistency across platforms
Stay updated with social media, cultural, and industry trends
Collaborate on content calendars and campaign rollouts
Translate client briefs into actionable strategies
Prepare creative briefs for designers, copywriters, and video teams
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution
Present ideas and strategies confidently to clients
Incorporate feedback and iterate effectively
Understand marketing funnels (awareness, consideration, conversion)
Align creative strategies with performance goals
Analyze competitors to identify new opportunities and content gaps
Use Canva for content ideation and execution (mandatory)
Prepare presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides
Manage workflows using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Manage deadlines and ensure consistent content delivery
Experience in Clothing, Fashion, Jewellery, or Lifestyle brands preferred
