 Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Direct Sales Manager to drive B2B sales growth in the construction/chemicals segment. The role is responsible for identifying and converting business opportunities, building and managing relationships with contractors, architects, project stakeholders and commercial clients, and leading the sales team to meet revenue targets. The candidate should have strong market knowledge of building materials and construction chemicals and proven experience in field & direct sales.

 Key Responsibilities

 Identify, develop and manage relationships with key commercial clients, contractors, architects and project stakeholders.
 Generate new business opportunities, qualify leads and convert opportunities into orders.
 Understand client requirements and present suitable construction chemical solutions aligned with project needs.
 Prepare technical-commercial proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts & pricing.
 Supervise and mentor the sales team / sales executives; set targets and monitor performance.
Coordinate with technical, operations and project teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
 Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming infrastructure projects to build a robust sales pipeline.
Plan and execute territory/area sales strategies and field sales activities.
 Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates and weekly/monthly reports.
Represent the company at client meetings, site visits and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience

 Undergraduate degree (Any Graduate).
 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in construction chemicals, building materials, adhesives or related sectors.
 Hands-on field sales experience and exposure to project/contract sales.
