Job Summary
We are hiring a results-driven Social Media Manager to manage client social media accounts end-to-end. The ideal candidate will handle strategy, execution, client coordination, and mobile-first content creation, with a strong focus on Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute social media activities for multiple client accounts
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
Create engaging captions, hashtags, and post copies
Publish and manage content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and revisions
Plan, shoot, and edit Reels and short-form videos using a smartphone
Capture product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content
Monitor trends and adapt them creatively for brand relevance
Ensure timely delivery and consistency across all platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Prior agency experience preferred
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Hands-on experience with Reels, short videos, and mobile editing apps
Ability to shoot and edit high-quality content using a smartphone
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
