Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative 3D Exhibition Stall Designer with strong expertise in exhibition booths, brand activation spaces, and experiential design. The ideal candidate will translate concepts into high-quality 3D designs, walkthroughs, and motion graphics, while ensuring designs are practical for fabrication and on-site execution.
Key Responsibilities
Design and render 3D exhibition stalls, booths, kiosks, and experiential spaces
Create realistic 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, animations, and promotional videos
Develop motion graphics using Adobe After Effects
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and fabrication vendors to align design objectives
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, functional requirements, and project briefs
Optimize designs for cost-effective fabrication and smooth execution
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, lighting techniques, and technologies
Deliver projects on time while maintaining high aesthetic and technical standards
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in 3D exhibition stall or experiential space design
Portfolio mandatory showcasing exhibition or stall design projects
Strong proficiency in 3D Modeling & Rendering Tools:
3ds Max / Blender / SketchUp or similar
Experience with Rendering Engines:
V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Unreal Engine
Expertise in Motion Graphics & Video Editing:
Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of Graphic Design Tools:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
Strong understanding of spatial design, lighting, textures, materials, and fabrication feasibility
Ability to interpret creative briefs and create client-ready presentations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in exhibitions, events, retail display, or experiential marketing
Knowledge of materials, print production, and fabrication processes
Experience with VR/AR presentations is an added advantage
