Job Summary
Ritus Ardent is seeking a Social Media Account Manager to manage multiple client social media accounts end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, client coordination, performance tracking, and cross-team collaboration while staying updated with the latest social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of client social media accounts across:
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
Develop monthly content plans, captions, hooks, and campaign ideas
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and performance marketing teams
Communicate client briefs, feedback, and revisions to internal teams
Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of social media content
Monitor trends and adapt them creatively for client brands
Track content performance using analytics and recommend improvements
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills
Good understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and timelines
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Tools & Platforms (Preferred)
