Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Industry: FMCG / Beverages (Packaged Drinking Water, Energy Drinks, Non-Alcoholic Beer, Alcoholic Beer)
Location: Jaipur, Ajmer, Pushkar, Udaipur
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee sales operations across assigned territories
Develop and implement area-wise sales strategies to achieve targets
Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and sales teams
Ensure proper market coverage, visibility, and brand presence
Monitor secondary sales, stock availability, and distributor performance
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and forecast demand
Ensure compliance with excise laws and local regulations for alcoholic products
Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
6–10 years of sales experience in FMCG/Beverages
Strong distributor and channel management skills
Knowledge of Rajasthan market preferred
Leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
Willingness to travel extensively
