Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Professional with strong experience in B2B and B2G sales within the Electrical Lighting industry. The role focuses on driving business growth through key accounts, government projects, and influencer management across Rajasthan, with the base location in Udaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B and B2G sales for Lighting Division products
Manage and grow relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and government departments
Generate new business opportunities and expand market penetration in assigned territory
Handle government tenders, project-based sales, and institutional accounts
Leverage existing industry network to accelerate sales closure
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with stakeholders
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets independently
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and project delivery
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience in Electrical / Lighting trade sales
Proven expertise in B2B and B2G sales execution
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong influencer management (Architects, Builders, Govt. Officials)
Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor
Good understanding of government procurement and tender processes
Education:
Graduation (Regular) – Mandatory
Experience:
5 to 10 years of relevant experience
Must be from Electrical / Lighting industry
Experience in Rajasthan market preferred
