Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales growth and marketing initiatives for our Garments and Home Furnishing business. The role involves managing channel sales, developing market strategies, expanding dealer/distributor networks, and strengthening brand presence across Rajasthan markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for garments and home furnishing products
Manage dealer, distributor, wholesaler, and retail channel sales
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration
Plan and implement promotional activities, exhibitions, and trade shows
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
Lead, train, and monitor sales team performance
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and supply chain teams
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis
Ensure timely collections and credit management

Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
Experience:
5–10 years of experience in garments, textiles, or home furnishing sales & marketing
Experience in Rajasthan markets preferred
