Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the operations of our reputed saree store in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven ability to manage store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations Management:

   • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
   • Maintain stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishments.
   • Oversee visual merchandising to enhance the store's appeal.

2. Sales & Customer Service:

   • Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
   • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
   • Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and upsell products.

3. Team Leadership:

   • Manage and supervise the store team, including scheduling and performance management.
   • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge of sarees and related products.

4. Inventory & Financial Management:

   • Monitor and control inventory to minimize shrinkage and wastage.
   • Manage the store's budget and ensure profitability.
   • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.

5. Compliance & Safety:

   • Ensure the store complies with company policies and local regulations.
   • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or saree industry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and MS Office tools.
• A flair for fashion and an understanding of saree trends and customer preferences is a plus.
