Job Overview
We are seeking a Female Sales Executive with experience in jewellery sales to manage customer engagement, order fulfillment, and post-sales coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of gold, silver, and precious/semi-precious stones and excel in customer handling, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers and provide detailed product explanations
Manage post-sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels
Assist customers with exchanges, alterations, and after-sales queries
Coordinate with production and inventory teams for order fulfillment
Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and follow-ups
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of jewellery
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store revenue
Handle billing, documentation, and payment follow-ups
Stay updated on jewellery trends, stones, designs, and pricing
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in jewellery sales (Gold, Silver, Precious/Semi-Precious Stones mandatory)
Strong knowledge of jewellery quality, purity, stones, and pricing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with strong negotiation abilities
Basic computer skills (billing software, Excel, CRM preferred)
