Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to manage and streamline sales processes in the real estate domain. The candidate will be responsible for handling the sales team, improving operational efficiency, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the sales team on a daily basis
Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets
Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams
Monitor sales performance, lead conversion, and productivity
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis
Ensure proper CRM usage and data management
Handle client escalations and support the team in closing deals
Train, guide, and motivate the sales team for better results
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales operations
Strong experience in team management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good understanding of the Jaipur real estate market
Proficient in MS Excel, reporting, and analytics
