Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee complete factory operations. The candidate must have worked with Raydean, KEC, or MAN Structures, with strong exposure to structural fabrication, transmission towers, or infrastructure manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management of factory operations and production planning
Ensure timely execution of production schedules and dispatches
Coordinate with sales, planning, QA/QC, and dispatch teams
Monitor productivity, efficiency, and cost control
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory standards
Handle manpower planning, shift management, and discipline
Oversee maintenance of machines and equipment
Prepare production reports, MIS, and performance analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory experience with Raydean / KEC / MAN Structures
Strong knowledge of structural fabrication / transmission structures
Proven leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and safety norms
Ability to manage high-volume production environme: Assistant Factory Manager
