Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and compliance work in our Tile Adhesive & Paints business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Expenses)

• Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, 3B) and reconciliation

• Manage E-way bills and invoicing

• Maintain stock and ledger records

• Coordinate with CA for taxation and compliance

• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS

• Handle bank reconciliation and payment follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation

• Experience in Tally / ERP software

• Good knowledge of MS Excel

• Attention to detail and accuracy

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team for order processing

• Prepare quotations and sales orders

• Maintain client database and follow-ups

• Handle customer queries and dispatch coordination

• Prepare sales reports and MIS

• Coordinate with accounts and warehouse team

• Track pending payments and order status

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination

• Good communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP knowledge

• Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups
