Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our detergent product line in Jaipur and nearby markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing distribution channels, managing dealer networks, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand distributor and dealer network in assigned territory
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly targets
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest effective sales strategies
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in the market
- Collect market feedback and report to management
- Handle collections and ensure timely payments
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably detergents or similar products)
- Strong knowledge of local Jaipur market
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
