Area Head - Sales Projects Location – Jaipur Product – All product of Company About the Role We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Area Head - Sales Projects to independently manage and drive all project sales activities within the Jaipur region. This is a critical individual contributor role responsible for end-to-end business development, lead generation, and revenue achievement in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and proven ability to close complex project deals directly. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Revenue Generation (Core IC Role) - Target Achievement: Execute all activities as an individual contributor to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for project sales within the Udaipur area.
- Territory Ownership: Be the sole accountable person for all kinds of Project Sales-related activities across the entire Udaipur geographical area.
- Deal Closure: Take full ownership of the sales cycle from negotiation to final execution, ensuring the closure of end-to-end business deals.
- Reporting: Directly report on all sales, pipeline, and market activities to the Branch Product Head - Sales Projects.
2. Lead Generation & Business Development - Pipeline Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and generate high-value sales leads specifically targeting the projects segment.
- Key Stakeholder Engagement: Develop deep and lasting professional relationships for sustained lead generation with:
- Builders/Developers (Residential, Commercial, Institutional)
- Contractors (General & Specialized EPC firms)
- Panel Builders (System Integrators and Assemblers)
3. Market & Customer Management - Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and project pipeline information within the Udaipur area to develop effective sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain a robust database of project stakeholders and effectively manage the sales funnel using the company's CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills - Experience: Proven track record (6-10 years) in project sales, preferably in [Electrical, e.g., electrical products, construction material, HVAC, etc.].
- Territory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Rajasthan real estate/construction market and an existing network with key project stakeholders (Builders, Contractors).
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of operating effectively with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
