Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive for a tour and travel company. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day travel operations, bookings, and coordination to ensure smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport, tour packages)
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport partners
Manage itineraries and travel schedules
Handle customer queries and provide travel assistance
Ensure smooth execution of tours and services
Maintain records of bookings and payments
Resolve operational issues and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Tour & Travel operations
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Knowledge of travel booking systems and tools
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred
Experience in travel agency or tour operations
