Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for a tour and travel company. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound sales calls for travel packages
Generate leads and convert them into bookings
Promote tour packages, hotel bookings, and travel services
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel plans
Coordinate with operations team for booking execution
Maintain customer database and follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (Tour & Travel preferred)
Strong communication & convincing skills
Good knowledge of travel packages and destinations
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Preferred
Experience in travel agency or tour sales
