Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide support related to our tiles adhesive products. The candidate will act as a key point of contact between the company and customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Address customer queries related to tiles adhesive products and services
- Provide accurate information and resolve complaints efficiently
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for order updates
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Support in generating leads and customer engagement
Key Requirements
- Male candidate preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
