Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reception Management:

    • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  2. Appointment Coordination:

    • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
    • Maintain an organized and up-to-date appointment calendar.
  3. Patient Assistance:

    • Guide patients regarding registration, billing, and other inquiries.
    • Provide basic information about healthcare services offered.
  4. Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain and update patient records in the database.
    • Handle correspondence, emails, and document filing.
  5. Cash and Billing:

    • Manage billing and payment processing at the front desk.
    • Maintain records of daily cash transactions.
  6. Facility Coordination:

    • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role (preferably in healthcare).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with healthcare management software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
