Sales Executive - Ready Mix Concrete

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) by building strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and construction companies. This role requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the local construction market, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, including contractors, builders, and developers.
• Promote and sell Ready Mix Concrete to prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate record of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular feedback on market conditions, customer needs, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in RMC or building materials.
• Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Good knowledge of the local construction market in Jaipur.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
