Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Bhilai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing all aspects of human resources within a manufacturing setup. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage day-to-day HR operations while aligning them with the company’s long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for hiring skilled and unskilled workforce.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive workplace environment and address employee grievances.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing underperformance.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs for employees.
- Plan onboarding sessions for new hires.
HR Compliance and Administration:
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations like PF, ESIC, etc.
- Handle payroll processes and resolve any related issues.
Policy Development:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies in line with the organization’s goals.
- Regularly update policies to reflect changes in labor laws or company standards.
Workforce Planning:
- Plan workforce requirements based on production targets.
- Manage shift scheduling and attendance to ensure operational efficiency.
Employee Engagement:
- Organize activities and initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of HR experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, effective decisions.
