Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our esteemed silver jewelry company in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms and driving online sales through strategic operations and marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-Commerce Platform Management:

Manage and maintain the company’s website, particularly on Shopify.
Ensure accurate product listings with well-crafted descriptions, images, and pricing.
Update inventory regularly to avoid stockouts or discrepancies.

2. Marketplace Management:

List, manage, and optimize products on third-party platforms like Jaypore.com, Etsy, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Monitor and analyze the performance of products on these platforms and suggest improvements.
Handle promotions, offers, and campaigns specific to these marketplaces.

3. Order Processing and Fulfillment:

Coordinate with the operations team for order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Ensure a seamless post-purchase experience, including returns and refunds.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze website and marketplace performance using tools like Google Analytics and marketplace dashboards.
Generate and share weekly/monthly sales and performance reports with actionable insights.

5. Customer Support:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to online sales via email or chat.
Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

6. Collaboration:

Work closely with the design and marketing teams to align campaigns and product launches.
Collaborate with external service providers for platform promotions and visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations.
Proficient in Shopify and experienced with third-party marketplaces such as Jaypore.com, Etsy, Amazon, and Flipkart.
Knowledge of SEO, product optimization, and digital advertising on e-commerce platforms.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Prior experience in jewelry or fashion e-commerce is a plus.
