Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and oversee our online sales and marketplace operations for a reputed personal care & wellness brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and marketplace optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Operations Management:

   • Manage and optimize the brand's online presence across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and the company's website.
   • Oversee product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

2. Sales & Performance Tracking:

   • Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
   • Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on insights.

3. Digital Marketing & SEO:

   • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
   • Optimize product listings for better visibility and rankings using SEO best practices.

4. Customer Experience:

   • Ensure a seamless online shopping experience, from product discovery to checkout.
   • Address customer queries and reviews on e-commerce platforms promptly.

5. Vendor & Logistics Management:

   • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and smooth order fulfillment.
   • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

6. Marketplace Compliance:

   • Stay updated with policies of marketplaces and ensure the brand adheres to all compliance requirements.
   • Handle disputes, returns, and other operational challenges effectively.

7. Team Collaboration:

   • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
   • Provide guidance and training to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the personal care/wellness industry.
• Proficiency in managing e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
