Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive with strong expertise in GST compliance and Excel to join our reputed CA firm in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will handle accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. GST Compliance & Filing:

   • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) within due dates.
   • Reconcile GST input and output tax and resolve mismatches.
   • Handle GST audits, notices, and compliance-related queries.

2. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

   • Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally or other accounting software.
   • Process invoices, payments, and journal entries.
   • Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.

3. Taxation & Compliance:

   • Assist in TDS calculations & filings.
   • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and deadlines.
   • Support CA in income tax filings and financial audits.

4. Excel & Financial Reporting:

   • Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) for data analysis and financial reporting.
   • Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

5. Coordination & Client Handling:

   • Assist clients with tax-related queries and documentation.
   • Communicate with government departments for tax and compliance matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, GST, and taxation (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GST laws, Tally, and Excel.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
