Job Description:

We are seeking a General Manager with a strong background in security operations to lead and manage our security guard services. The ideal candidate should be a retired Army Officer (Captain/Major rank) with at least 2 years of experience in the private security industry. This role requires strategic leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to ensure high-quality security services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Security Management:

   • Oversee the deployment and management of security guards at various client locations.
   • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
   • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service standards.

2. Recruitment & Training:

   • Supervise the recruitment and training of security personnel.
   • Ensure all guards are well-trained in security protocols, emergency handling, and customer service.

3. Client Relations & Business Development:

   • Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their security concerns.
   • Assist in acquiring new business and expanding the company's client base.
   • Negotiate contracts and ensure the company delivers top-tier security services.

4. Discipline & Crisis Management:

   • Handle security incidents, disputes, and emergency situations effectively.
   • Maintain discipline and professionalism among the security workforce.

5. Administrative & Financial Oversight:

   • Oversee payroll, attendance, and performance evaluation of security personnel.
   • Ensure cost-effective management of security operations while maintaining service quality.

6. Compliance & Legal Regulations:

   • Ensure adherence to security service regulations and licensing requirements.
   • Stay updated with government policies and security laws relevant to private security services.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Retired Army Officer (Captain/Major Rank) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a security services company.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Sound knowledge of security operations, risk management, and compliance.
• Ability to handle a large workforce and manage field operations efficiently.
