Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our security guard services business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, preferably in the security services industry. This is a remote role, offering flexibility while requiring proactive efforts to generate leads and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth:
- Identify and acquire new clients for security guard services, including corporate offices, residential complexes, industrial sites, and retail establishments.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to understand their security needs and propose suitable solutions.
Lead Generation & Networking:
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals.
- Develop partnerships with real estate developers, facility managers, corporate decision-makers, and other stakeholders.
Proposal & Contract Management:
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress and revenue targets.
- Use CRM tools to track client interactions and sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the security services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively generate business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales strategies.
