Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our security guard services business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, preferably in the security services industry. This is a remote role, offering flexibility while requiring proactive efforts to generate leads and close deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Growth:

    • Identify and acquire new clients for security guard services, including corporate offices, residential complexes, industrial sites, and retail establishments.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to understand their security needs and propose suitable solutions.
  3. Lead Generation & Networking:

    • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals.
    • Develop partnerships with real estate developers, facility managers, corporate decision-makers, and other stakeholders.
  4. Proposal & Contract Management:

    • Prepare and present compelling business proposals, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures.
  5. Market Analysis & Strategy:

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
    • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  6. Reporting & Performance Tracking:

    • Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress and revenue targets.
    • Use CRM tools to track client interactions and sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the security services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively generate business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales strategies.
